YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consumer Request Handling: Address and resolve consumer requests promptly and effectively.
• Internal Request Support: Provide support for internal team requests and ensure timely resolution.
• 24/7 Platform Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Red Bull TV and ServusTV On using Quality of Experience and service health dashboards.
• High Priority Incident Management: Manage and resolve high-priority incidents to maintain platform stability.
• Editorial News Clipping: Assist in editorial news clipping and distribution of metadata.
• Content Automation Monitoring: Support content automation processes and ensure accuracy.
• Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for UXA Operators, facilitating communication and support.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of digital platforms and user experience principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Competency in using and operating computers, with particular emphasis on spreadsheet skills.

• A minimum monthly salary of EUR 2,800.00 gross on a full-time basis. However, our salaries are based on the current market level and can be higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement if you have the relevant experience and qualifications.
