Channel Operator (Linear and FAST TV)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, operate, and maintain Linear and FAST TV channels, ensuring smooth and efficient content delivery.
- Utilize broadcasting software to manage channel configurations and content scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical departments, to resolve issues and optimize channel performance.
- Work directly with programming stakeholders from different countries to develop content schedules that cater to local audience preferences.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, partner requirements, and regional needs.
- Support troubleshooting and operational improvements related to broadcast systems and scheduling processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong aptitude with working to technical processes, stakeholder management and regular deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical, programming, and operational teams.
- Knowledge of Linear TV, FAST, and OTT platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with broadcasting software and tools, though not essential, is a plus.

- A minimum monthly salary of EUR 2,600.00 gross on a full-time basis. However, our salaries are based on the current market level and can be higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement if you have the relevant experience and qualifications.
